If you want to look leaner and fitter, more self- confident and healthier you need to do proper workouts and stick to a healthy and balanced diet. Your weight has little to do with how fit you look.
The fitness star Kelsey Wells has proved that.
Kelsey Wells has been doing the Kayla’s Itsines’s BBG program for a year and a half. Although she didn’t get her goal weight she had set after her pregnancy, she got the body shape she dreamt of.
Namely, she posted three photos of herself at different weights on Instagram. On her first photo she weights 145 pounds, on the second she weights 122 and on the third 140 pounds. If we compare these three photos we will see that on the photo where she weighs 140 pounds she has the most muscle definition and she looks fitter than on the photo where she weighs 122 pounds.
