Every day the media is full of stories about moms being asked to cover up while breastfeeding in public. It’s always a hot button topic! Here is another story, but slightly different…
Ana Davis was breastfeeding her kid in private, yet somehow, someone was offended by this completely natural, beautiful, harmless and ordinary act.
While Davis was shopping at a Nordstrom Rack, her one-month-old daughter got hungry so she had to feed her. Davis took her to the bathroom, hoping to avoid any unwanted attention or complaints from other customers.
“I went to the restroom and found an open chair. Several people walked in and out of the restroom during that time, and within a few minutes, we were approached by a Nordstrom employee that said a complaint had been made,” Davis explained.
She was asked to leave the bathroom and finish feeding her daughter somewhere else.
Davis didn`t want to argue so she complied and moved to the fitting room.
