Stress is a dangerous thing than can take a measurable toll on your body and life in general. A short time stress takes an immediate effect on your body, but it’s the chronic stress that can do the real damage. Whenever it occurs, our body responds by boosting breathing rates, heart rates and releasing hormones. The best we can do in situations like this is to try and keep it under control as quickly as we can. If it starts to happen often or last longer than it can quickly develop into something chronic and manifest itself through depression, irritability, vomiting, stroke, nausea and heart attack.
